Intense ruby red tending to violet. Intense, wide scent, with fruity scents of raspberry, blackberry, currant. The palate is full bodied and slightly tannic. Important dishes such as stewed and grilled meat give the right elegance to the best-known wine of international wines.
Once the wine has matured in oak barrels, alcohol and natural aromas are added. These are appropriately chosen on the basis of a recipe that has been refined over the years, in order to obtain a correct balance between the sweet and bitter sensations, which are a feature of the liqueur. Intense red with violet reflections, its aroma is enveloping, recalling red fruits, cherries in alcohol and a note of bitter almond. To the palate it is velvety, persistent with pleasant sweet notes of black cherries and a very long finish of bitter almond.
