Balocco Triangolosi are triangular Italian biscuits made with 12% chocolate chips, rice flour and crunchy wheat flakes. The mix of crisp flakes and rice flour gives them a pronounced crunchy texture, and Balocco specifically presents them as suitable for dunking. That functional characteristic is useful in a UK context, where biscuits with tea and coffee are already a familiar occasion: Triangolosi bring an Italian interpretation with more texture and visible chocolate pieces than a conventional dunking biscuit. Suitable for delis, cafés and independent retail. Supplied in a 350g pack.
