Once the wine has matured in oak barrels, alcohol and natural aromas are added. These are appropriately chosen on the basis of a recipe that has been refined over the years, in order to obtain a correct balance between the sweet and bitter sensations, which are a feature of the liqueur.
Intense red with violet reflections, its aroma is enveloping, recalling red fruits, cherries in alcohol and a note of bitter almond. To the palate it is velvety, persistent with pleasant sweet notes of black cherries and a very long finish of bitter almond.
