Vicentine Baccala’ (Salt Cod) 290G: ready Vicentine-style baccalà, a distinctive Veneto stockfish speciality traditionally served with polenta, without the long preparation from dried fish.
Vicentine Baccala’ (Salt Cod) 290G is Vicentine-style baccalà in a 290g ready format, based on the Veneto tradition of long-cooked stockfish prepared until tender and richly seasoned.
