Rio Leggero Tuna 60Gx4 belongs to Rio Mare’s Italian preserved-fish range. Rio Mare is a major reference in the Italian tuna market, and its value to foodservice is practical as well as recognisable: ready-to-use fish gives kitchens consistent portions, long shelf life and virtually no preparation waste. Tuna formats work naturally in salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizza toppings and antipasti, while Insalatissime and snack formats address ready-meal and grab-and-go occasions. For a UK operator, Rio Mare offers a familiar Italian-market product with a stronger consumer identity than anonymous catering tuna. Supplied as a trade case of 24.
