Mittino Parboiled Rice 1Kg Vacuum-Packed: parboiled selected for its specific professional cooking behaviour and intended risotto, catering or side-dish application.
Mittino Parboiled Rice 1Kg Vacuum-Packed is parboiled from Mittino. Product choice matters here: this reference is processed to improve grain separation and resistance to overcooking, useful for high-volume catering, salads and side dishes. For professional kitchens, that cooking behaviour is more important than a generic rice description because it affects holding, texture, service speed and consistency. Use the variety for the dishes it is designed to handle rather than treating all Italian rice as interchangeable. Supplied as a trade case of 10.
