Berni Condiriso L’Originale 300g is the classic ready-to-use condiment created for Italian insalata di riso. Its recipe combines 12 selected vegetables in sunflower oil, giving cold rice salads colour, texture and the familiar sweet-and-savoury vegetable mix associated with an Italian summer table.

Condiriso became a reference product for this distinctly Italian way of serving rice cold: drain, mix through cooked and cooled rice, then finish with any additional ingredients. Supplied in a case of 12.
